Buy one service - whichever you feel you need most. Try it. Once you have set up, say, your employment contracts, terms etc., you can turn your attention to Health and Safety.

Under our indemnity terms, you must seek, and follow, advice from the 24/7 advice line before dismissal (including redundancy) of any employee. We will ensure you get it right. Obviously you cannot do this if an employe resigns the takes you to a tribunal just to 'try it on' and see what they can get (it costs them nothing), and you can't do much about it if an employee does something silly that results in an accident and the HSE seek to prosecute you or an employee. In either case, legal costs can be horrendous - even if you win.
The hr-professional legal expense insurance is designed to offer peace of mind, covering the costs of defending Emloyment Tribunals (including unfair dismissal awards) and also against the legal costs to defend criminal charges (Health and Safety is Criminal Law) under the terms of the policy.
Please bear in mind, though, that the whole point of the hr-professional service is that you avoid such problems in the first place - and we are very successful at doing just that. Employers who are seen to be acting within the law are less likely to have problems.
